To ensure a smooth application process, please gather the following documents:
- CV or Resume: Updated CV or resume highlights your academic background, work experience (if applicable), skills, and achievements relevant to the program you’re applying for.
- Valid Passport: A valid passport which has a minimum validity of 12 months beyond your intended program start date.
- National ID Card: Ensure your National ID Card is up to date which is essential for identification purposes.
- Academic Transcripts and Certificates: This includes all official transcripts and certificates.
- Secondary School Certificate and Marksheets (SSC) / O-Level Degree and Transcript
- Higher Secondary School Certificate and Marksheets (HSSC) / A-Level Degree and Transcript
- Bachelor’s Degree and Transcript
- Two Reference Letters from professors or faculty at your institution.
- English Proficiency Tests: Depending on the program and university requirements. Aim for competitive scores to strengthen your application from tests like IELTS, TOEFL,PTE, CAMBRIDGE ENGLISH EXAM, DUOLINGO ENGLISH TEST.
- Work Experience Letters (if applicable): If you have relevant work experience, provide letters from your employers verifying your position, responsibilities, and achievements.
Equivalency Letter for MOI Basis: To apply for a Master’s program on an MOI basis after a Bachelor’s, provide an equivalency letter confirming your previous education was in English, with at least 70% proficiency.

Offer Letter Timeline:
- Offer letters typically arrive within 2-4 weeks, depending on the institution’s processing timeframe. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Types of Offer Letters:
- Unconditional Offer Letter: Congratulations! If your application meets all requirements, you’ll receive an unconditional offer letter, confirming your acceptance into the program.
Conditional Offer Letter: In some cases, a university might issue a conditional offer letter. This means your acceptance hinges on fulfilling specific requirements, such as achieving a certain score on an English language proficiency test or submitting additional documents. Our counselors will carefully review the conditions and guide you through fulfilling them to secure your final acceptance.
Congratulations on receiving your offer letter! The next step towards studying abroad involves obtaining the necessary visa document. This document, known as a CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) in the UK, COE (Confirmation of Enrolment) in Australia, or I-20 (Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status) in the USA, verifies your enrollment and eligibility to apply for a student visa.

- Our services focus on providing guidance and information. University deposits and any visa application fees are separate charges handled directly by the university or government agency.
- We cannot handle university tuition fee transactions, but our team will guide you through the visa document application process, including:
- Understanding the required deposit amount for your chosen university and country.
- Completing the CAS/COE/I-20 application with the university.
- Preparing any additional documents needed for the visa application.
